Abstract

The aim of this paper is to reveal the importance of digitalization in transforming firms/organizations/companies of today. But also the education using digitalization is subject of our interest. It is important to ease work and, at the same time, to improve the labour or, generally speaking, the productivity of the factors of production. It’s about the virtual world, we may say a part of the vast reality of tomorrow, that is Artificial Intelligence (AI). In this scope, we used a systematic research of information and facts concerning the digitalization process, even starting with the education domain, very important to shape and develop the Human Capital. This research, doubled by our own experience, is beneficial in order to highlight the lines of actions for an efficient running of a business, putting at work all the resources of the entity.
