Abstract

Drafting the budget is a laborious activity, which is why the Law on Public Finances provides a schedule with concrete data by which the work of all bodies involved in the budget process must be completed.

In order to ensure the state’s financial policy and in accordance with the government program, the Government is responsible for drawing up the state budget.

The budget is the main tool for management, forecasting and analysis of the economic and financial activity of the institution. It includes the financial resources for achieving the objectives set out in the institution’s strategic plan, during the financial year.
