Job satisfaction among primary and lower secondary school teachers is influenced by factors such as relationships with students, school climate, managerial support, and professional recognition. Positive interaction with students and the perception of the social usefulness of the profession contribute significantly to a sense of professional fulfillment. At the same time, administrative overload, high levels of stress, and limited educational resources can reduce job satisfaction, affecting teachers’ motivation and well-being.
In a world characterized by continuous change, rapid transformations, and increasing pressures, teachers are required to constantly adapt to new professional and social demands. These changes influence interpersonal relationships within the school environment, making collegial support, effective communication, and collaboration essential factors for maintaining job satisfaction and emotional balance.
