After the pandemic, a series of innovative learning methods and techniques that integrate the virtual environment into education have emerged and been perfected. The use of learning platforms plays an essential role in hybrid learning, providing an interactive digital environment that complements traditional teaching. They also allow access to a variety of educational resources, facilitate collaboration between students and professors, and offer flexibility in the learning process.
Hybrid learning combines face-to-face education with online teaching and learning, contributing to the creation of a modern learning environment adapted to the current requirements of education.
The study analyzes the opinions of adult students involved in postgraduate and master's training programs conducted at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest. It aims to assess their perception of activities carried out in a hybrid learning environment. The study identified the effectiveness of learning, the challenges students face, and the advantages of hybrid training programs.
