This article investigates the dynamics of organizational mobbing, examining how repeated acts of intimidation, humiliation, or discreditation progressively evolve into marginalization and professional exclusion. The phenomenon is approached from a complex psychosocial perspective, integrating classical theories of moral harassment (Leymann, Einarsen) with contemporary literature on organizational climate, informal power structures, and individual vulnerabilities. The paper explores the psychological and behavioral mechanisms that facilitate the escalation of mobbing, its impact on employees’ mental health and performance, as well as its institutional consequences, such as decreased productivity, increased staff turnover, and the deterioration of organizational culture. Through conceptual analyses, case studies, and intervention models, the article proposes preventive strategies at the individual, team, and organizational levels, emphasizing the importance of ethical leadership, anti-mobbing policies, and transparent reporting mechanisms.
