Abstract

Today, whether in developed or underdeveloped societies, people are exposed to many different demands on their minds. Human beings are attacked by numerous stimuli (stressors) in one form or another. Or something else. Stress is commonly referred to as the "disease of the 20th century". Even in the 21st century, pain increases due to stress, greater imbalances in overall health than any other factor we know this from modern medicine. These sometimes devastating effects are due to environmental changes that affect people in society, the speed is much faster than the ability of the human individual to adapt. The general efforts of experts are focused at both levels on the topic of stress prevention both in Europe and throughout the world, to provide support in the professional development of employees. The research looked at how the emotional state of teachers may or may not influence the level of burnout or amotivation of preschool teachers. At the same time, it was followed whether satisfaction at work is closely related to intrinsic motivation or joy or whether material extrinsic motivation influences the level of burnout. So, to analyze this aspect, five hypotheses were conceived. The purpose of this research is: "Identifying a relationship between the emotions of preschool teachers and their level of burnout, as well as their satisfaction and motivation at work. "; The objectives proposed for discussion are related to identifying the relationship between stress and its influence on teachers' workplace performance. The working hypotheses summing up the existence of some correlations between anxiety and amotivation; joy and satisfaction; intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction, burnout and extrinsic motivation of preschool teachers.
